If upon pick-up the item doesn't meet your expectations, we'll issue a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. We strive to make your shopping experience with us positive and hassle-free.
Our deposit system is designed with your convenience in mind. When you find an item you love, simply place a deposit to hold it. This deposit secures the item for 3 days, ensuring it's reserved exclusively for you. When you're ready, simply come and pick up your item.
Upon pick-up, inspect your item thoroughly. If unsatisfied, we offer an immediate full refund. If you find functional issues within 5 days of purchase, contact us for a refund. Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and accessories, for a successful return. Order cancellations must be made through our contact page within 3 days of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made beyond this period.
